Available Properties

All clubs are required to e-sign a Right-of-Entry permit prior to viewing available properties. Simply click the "Request Entry" button on the Search Properties page for the property you are interested in viewing.


Any water quality or soil condition noncompliance with State published Forestry BMPs for water quality or the Sustainable Forestry Initiative 2015-2019 standard, caused by any type of vehicle use on the property, will result in the revocation of any and all permitted uses of vehicles on the property. These noncompliances will be communicated in writing to the licensee with an effective date of the revocation of unlimited access. Access will be limited to foot traffic only until the Timberlands Manager provides notice that original terms and conditions of the license are reinstated. Multiple noncompliances with regard to water quality and/or soil conditions will result in revocation of the license.

Yes. However, all posted signs must be fastened to trees with aluminum nails ONLY. Posted signs should read as follows (per Section 17 in License Agreement Document): “Posted – No Hunting – Private Hunting Club Members Only”. The hunt club name may also be included on signs.


Payments can only be processed online. Payments must be made via credit/debit cards or ACH transactions using our secure processor ONECONNECT. To use the ACH option, your bank must be listed with our processor and you must utilize online banking with your banking institute. When using your debit card for larger transactions, an approval may be needed from your banking institute to process.

Annual license renewal payments are due by May 31st of each year.
